Follow-up Actions: Users IP address has been logged. Users E-mail and other information logged as well. The ISP the user connects with has been informed, as well as the proper authorities in the United States in regards to such phioshing scams.
Other Notes: I am sure most people would need no explination for why this person was banned, but I thought I would still post this up as an example.
